Cooperation between Liebherr-Verzahntechnik GmbH and the Klingelnberg Group, which has been in effect for a number of years, will end on December 31, 2012. The reason for this is the recent takeover by the Klingelnberg Group of the Höfler Maschinenbau GmbH company, which would have resulted in the future in conflicts of interest with certain with certain of Liebherr’s gear shaping machinery activities.
