Sharp, well-framed, at least 1200 px wide. Up to 6 images, JPG / PNG / WebP, 2 MB each.
Named source.
Tell us who the contact is — manufacturer comms lead, fleet owner, project manager. We may follow up.

Submit the form and pay the €99 editorial fee via Stripe. Your story locks a slot in the editor's queue the moment payment clears.

A working editor reads every paid submission and replies within 24 hours, business days, with a yes, a no with a refund, or a request for more detail.

If we publish, we tighten the copy for the Cranesy voice, fact-check claims and lay out the images. You will not see the final draft before it goes live.

The story goes live on Cranesy with full attribution and is included in the next newsletter and our social channels.
What we won't publish.
Thinly veiled ads. If the story exists only to push a product without context, project or news angle, it belongs on the advertising page.
Republished copy. We don't run wire copy or anything that's already up on a competitor publication.
Unverifiable claims. "Largest", "first" and "fastest" need a source. We strip claims we can't back up.
Bad images. Phone-screenshot resolution, stretched logos and clip-art mock-ups are auto-rejects.
Refunds. If we decline a submission for any reason — fit, quality, fact-check failure — the €99 fee is refunded in full to the original payment method within 7 days. See the refund policy for the full terms.
