Leading French heavy lift company, Scales SAS, has used an Enerpac JS-250 Jack-up gantry system to lift and lower Koumba, a 8.9m diameter and 11.4m long tunnel-boring machine weighing 880 tons, in the latest phase of the Paris Metro extension project.
