First Units of the Maeda CC985S-1 Shipped Out
The first shipment of the latest CC series, the Maeda CC985S-1, has been sent out to Europe.
The CC985 model boasts many market-leading features features including a 4.9 ton lifting capacity, 16.5m boom, rear view camera and 7″ multi monitor as standard. No outriggers mean an extremely slim working footprint.
In addition this environmentally-friendly machine is equipped with an EU Stage 3B/4B compliant engine making it up to 40% more fuel efficient.
The CC985S-1 replaces the previous popular model, the LC785M-8. With a crane capacity of 4.9t x 2.1m, a maximum working radius of 14.67m x 0.20t and a new engine complying to all the latest emission standards this is sure to be another popular choice.
This new model has been sold in the Japanese domestic market since 2016 and has quickly become one of the best-selling models.
A model has already been exhibited in Europe at the Apex exhibition in Amsterdam and will be seen in the UK at Vertikal Days, Silverstone over the 24-25th May.
