With the new LTM 1300-6.4, Mert Vinç is renewing its fleet to expand its range of applications for complex heavy-lift operations. The key factors in the decision to purchase the new 6-axle vehicle were, in particular, its high load capacity of up to 300 tonnes and its versatile configuration options. The LTM 1300-6.4 will primarily be used in industrial facilities, on construction sites and for various project tasks, enabling lifting operations even in confined spaces.

The 6-axle crane features a 90-metre telescopic boom, offering a long reach whilst maintaining a compact design. Thanks to modern technologies such as the LICCON3 control system and the VarioBase®Plus variable outrigger system, the crane adapts to different site conditions – enabling efficient and safe crane operations even in confined spaces.

“In addition to the base unit, we have ordered lattice jibs, a second winch and 7-metre extension sections. Combined with the LICCON3 control system, our new 6-axle crane is ideal for efficient, safe and versatile crane operations,” says company owner Mehmet Eşref Zevzir.

Wide range of features for operational flexibility

The partnership between Mert Vinç and the Ehingen-based crane manufacturer has been in place since 2024. The company’s mobile crane fleet now comprises nine Liebherr cranes. Last year alone, Mert Vinç commissioned four new LTM 1230‑5.1 cranes. The LTM 1300‑6.4 is now the fifth new addition in a short space of time. “A key factor in our decision to order from Liebherr again is, in particular, the reliability of the cranes and the customer-focused collaboration,” reports Zevzir.

Founded in 1991, Mert Vinç is now one of the established providers of crane hire and heavy haulage services in Türkiye. With a modern crane fleet and around 60 employees, Mert Vinç carries out projects in industry, construction and infrastructure. The new LTM 1300-6.4 will be deployed first in the petrochemical sector and subsequently for the assembly of tower cranes and power lines, as well as for lifting operations in shipyards.
