J.B. Steel Erectors has taken delivery of a new 115-ton Leibherr LR 1100 crawler crane, making it the first crawler in the company’s fleet.
The crane manufactured in the Liebherr production plant in Nenzing, Austria, was delivered with 184 ft. luffing jib and will first be used for a local crane certification training. Subsequently, the LR 1100 will be shipped to its first jobsite where it will then be used for steel hanging.
