Palfinger Sany JV exhibit first cranes with lifting capacities of 25t and 50t

The Palfinger Sany joint venture will launch its first two models of truck cranes at this year’s CTT in Moscow. The cranes, which are aimed at the Russian market, have lifting capacities of 25t and 50t. The two companies will also show the Truck Crane QY25C to the world for the first time.

Explaining the way in which the joint venture worked the two companies said that Palfinger quality managers supervised the manufacturing in Changsha, China, to ensure Russian market standards were met.

Palfinger Sany also said that it had taken several decisions to make sure that the cranes were well received by the Russian market. All cranes meet Euro Four requirements and all documents and the operator control system is in the Russian language. The sales and service team consists of Russian native speakers, whilst spare parts and components can be delivered within days from a warehouse in Moscow.

All the units are equipped to work from plus 40 degrees up to minus 25 degrees as a standard, and the company said they were offering an extended warranty period of 2,250 hours or 18 months.
