- Does Cranesy take a commission on sales?
- No. Cranesy is not in the deal — buyers contact you directly and you negotiate without us. Your only cost is the monthly subscription.
- How do leads reach me?
- Each inquiry is emailed to the address on your dealer profile, with the buyer set as reply-to. Reply once and the conversation continues directly between you.
- Can I import an existing inventory?
- Enterprise plans include bulk CSV import. For Starter and Pro, listings are added one at a time from the dealer dashboard.
- How long does a listing stay live?
- Ninety days, then you can renew. Sold listings can be marked sold in the dashboard to keep your stats clean.
- What if I downgrade my plan?
- Your oldest active listings beyond the new limit are moved to expired status. You can pick which ones to keep by reactivating them.
- How do I cancel?
- Cancel from your account page at any time. Your listings remain visible until the end of the paid period.
